Refund and Returns Policy
We offer returns, exchanges, and replacements within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Cases
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition
- Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective or damaged)
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Return / Exchange Process
To initiate a request, email us at support@aurantara.in with:
- Order ID
- Product images
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
